Mark Peacock began his legal career in the field of insurance defense, concentrating on personal injury, product liability and business litigation. Following this experience, he began representing injury victims and their families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Whether in trial or arbitration, Mark specializes in the field of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Product Liability, and Catastrophic Injuries.
Mark received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 1991, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from California State University, Long Beach. He is also an active member of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, (CAALA), Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA), and American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA).

MEGAN BARTLETT
PARTNER
Megan Bartlett specializes in representing public safety officers in personal injury and other general civil litigation matters.
A former New Yorker, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. She went on to attend Southwestern Law School and was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2015. Megan also clerked with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in the hardcore gang division, as well as the Executive Office of former California Attorney General Kamala Harris.
Outside of the office, you can find her scoring goals on the soccer field.
